Here you define the default price for administrative fees. This price is used in arrangements when in year the Administrative Fees price is 0.
Example as Administrator
Setting -> 200
The price for fee is 200 because in Year 4 the price for fees is 0
If in the year the fee has a price, then the final price returned is that of the year
