Here you set the type of calculation in administrative fees in case you have multiple administrative fees.
Example
If the student is enrolled in two educational programs e.g., Year 1 and Year 2 and each has an administrative fee, the setting specifies whether both will be calculated, i.e., the sum of the two amounts or the minimum amount or the maximum amount.
Administrative fee for Year 1 is 120.00
Administrative fee for Year 1 is 140.00
If you select in setting ”Sum”, then the final amount of administrative fee will 120+140=260
Or if you select in setting” Minimum” then the amount will be 120<140 = 120
