Main Settings / General Settings / Services Parameters / Basic Settings / The stop date may be before the start date.
If Setting is enabled the user can browse and select a stop date before the start date in services.
Setting -> Active
E.g. start date : 01/09/2019
I can save stop date -> 18/07/2019 (Figure 1)

You can’t browse or select a stop date before the start date (Figure 2)
