Transportation / General Settings / Transportation Settings / Basic Settings / Transfer transportation data when a Student is transferred from period to period
This setting determines if a student’s transportation data is going to be transferred from period to period. You have 4 choices.
- Disabled : No transportation data is going to be transferred to the next period.
- Only when a back-office employee does it : When a back-office employee makes a students tranfer to next period then the ‘Transportation Data of the students will be transferred.
- Only when a re-registration is done by Parent/Student: When a Parent/Student makes a re-registration then the Transportation Data will be passed to the registration period.
