Transportation / General Settings / Transportation Settings / Routes exceptions / User types enabled route exceptions notifications
This setting determines in case of which users to send a notification when a route exception is made, i.e. if you have the parent/guardian option and this user makes an exception then a notification will be sent to the other users that have been set below.
Setting takes the values of ‘Parent/Guardian’ and ‘Admin’.
So when an exception is made from those types of Users then a notification will be sent, to the users you have declared bellow.
