Financial Settings / General Settings / Arrangements Parameters / New Arrangement Settings / Enable the option “Disable Billing/invoices”
Select this option if you want to enable the option “Disable Billing/Invoices” in the Arrangement Billing plan drop down.
Example as administrator
Setting -> Active
“Disable Billing/Invoices” option is available
Setting -> Inactive
“Disable Billing/Invoices” option is not available in Arrangement Billing Plan drop down
