Financial Settings / General Settings / Arrangements Parameters / Basic Settings / Mandatory connection of financial arrangements with educational programs.
If this setting is enabled, then each financial arrangement must be related (connected) to an educational program of the student.
If Classter cannot do this automatically (That means, setting “Classter should automatically associate new Arrangements with Educational Programs” is inactive), then it will require the end user to select a connection before he/she saves a financial arrangement.
Example as administrator
Setting -> Active
If you save arrangement without educational program, the following message will appear
Setting -> Inactive
Saved without restrictions because the choice of educational program is not mandatory
