Financial Settings / General Settings / Arrangements Parameters / Arrangement Modifications / Require the end user to enter a reason for each change done in a financial arrangement.
When you manage an arrangement and change the price if this setting is active, then you must choose a reason for arrangement difference. Otherwise, you can save your new arrangement without limitation.
Example as administrator
Setting -> Active
Setting -> Inactive
