An educational program, as defined in the Classter platform, is the combination of grade and stream. All students are placed into an educational program, that can be changed according to the student’s needs. With Classter, changing the educational program can be achieved massively as well. Note: This is specific to K12 and Learning Center Educational Institutions.

To massively change the educational program for many students, from Dashboard, click on Students per List → Students per Educational Program. (Figure 1)

In the next window, you need to specify fields such as “Level” or “Year” to limit your search, or directly click on the “Search” button. (Figure 2)

From the displayed list of students, select those that you want to change the educational program. From the menu Actions, click on “Bulk Edit Educational Programs”. (Figure 3)

In the pop-up window, click on “Program”. From the list, select the educational program of your choice. Enable the filters “Allow Classter to modify educational program even if a financial arrangement exist” and “Auto select Curriculum & Annual Results Model”. Click on the “Save” button. (Figure 4)
