Main Settings / General Settings / Messaging & Notification / Basic Settings / Employee Receiving Notifications when end users change their personal data (profile or personal form)
If selected, then Classter will send a notification message to an employee when an end user asks for a change in their personal data stored in Classter or when a user change personal data in the re-registration or data change process. Note: End users can go to their profile and modify some of their personal data. However, employees need to copy those changes to the normal entities’ card in order this change to take effect as an official change.
Example
Employee: Marthese Farrugia
Setting -> Active -> Marthese Farrugia
Monica is processing her address details (Figure 1)

Marthese Farrugia receives the notification.
The notification can be seen by clicking on message notification as shown below (Figure 2)
