Admission / Admission Settings / Online Reregistration / Basic Settings / Type of relatives who can submit re-registration
Here you can define if only Guardians can execute a re-registration / transfer to next year operation or any parent can execute the process (even if the parent is not defined as a guardian).
Example
Student Franci Grixti:
Father is parent and guardian, mother is only parent
Setting -> Guardian only
Now he doesn’t show up because franci’s mom isn’t a guardian
Setting -> Guardian & Parent
Now it appears because the setting is set to parent and guardian
