If this setting is active, a student can have multiple Educational Programs(e.g. English and French or 3rd grade of high school and Int, Bac.). In this setting we define the maxinum number of Educational Programs that a student could have.
If we choose only 1 then the student can not have multiple Educational programms.
If we choose 0 the student can have unlimited Educational Programms.
Setting -> Active -> 0
student can have multiple educational programs. (Figure 1, Figure 2)
