Academic Settings / Marking Settings / General Settings / Marking / Gradebook [Term Marks] Settings / Gradebook Available Fields
This setting allows you to define the available fields inthe gradebook marking form.
Note that if you want the final overall grade to be auto-calculated, then the suggested Overall Grade should be set to visible.

Settings -> All enabled
Settings -> All disabled
