Here you define whether you will allow end-users to pay installments for an academic period if there is an outstanding/unpaid balance in previous academic periods
Example
There is a €2,728.00 period outstanding payment for student Grixti Helen
Setting -> Active
The following warning appears on the payment attempt
Setting -> Inactive
There is no limitation, the user can pay any amount he wants
