Financial Settings / General Settings / Arrangements Parameters / Basic Settings / Enable financial arrangement creation only for the following Student status
Here you set the status of the students for whom you want to create arrangements.
Example
If a student has a status that has not been set here, you will not be able to create an arrangement for him.
Setting -> Registered
You can create arrangements only for registered students
Crystal Barnes is a candidate student and there is not any arrangement in financial tab
Setting -> Registered, Candidate
Suggested arrangements are automatically created
